Purpose of the Agreement

The client wishes to hire Marissa Abisai Ceja to provide services relating to the Client’s coaching needs, as detailed in this Agreement. Marissa Abisai Ceja has agreed to provide such services according to the terms of this Agreement.

Services & Payment

Package. The client chooses One on One Immersive Coaching Experience in Tulum in addition to sessions rendered before the arrival date to be determined.

Services. Marissa Abisai Ceja shall provide the Client with the following services on an eight-week basis.

Terms

February 2022- The client will visit Tulum, Mexico, for a private one-on-one coaching experience. Two nights and three days included; Coaching, meals, and accommodations.

February 2022 – April 2022 – The client will receive 24 coaching sessions, three times per week via zoom. Sessions may include breathwork, movement, and coaching.

Marissa Abisai Ceja shall provide the Client with the following additional services on an “as-needed basis” at discretion of Marissa Abisai Ceja:

Breathwork – $108 per session.

Coaching – $175 per session.

The client will render a $1500 deposit before Jan 1, 2022, for services outlined in the form. The client can pay the remaining balance in three bank transfers via Zelle or PayPal + service fee.

Package. The Immersive Tulum Experience Total – $6000

The services above are non-refundable. However, coaching sessions, breathwork sessions, and movement sessions can be changed if needed to another date with 24 hours notice.

“The Immersive Tulum Experience” cannot be rescheduled for another date once the hotel & services are reserved. If an emergency were to arise, the client would incur the cost of the accommodations & services and pay the difference for additional charges.
