Emotional
Release Therapy
The mind understands.
The body holds.
They are not the same thing.
You may know, intellectually, why you feel the way you feel. You may have traced it back. Named it. Talked about it. Made peace with it in your head.
And yet — your shoulders are still tense. Your chest still tightens in certain moments. You still react in ways you don't want to.
That's because understanding a wound is not the same as releasing it. Emotional Release Therapy works at the level where the wound actually lives: in the body, in the tissues, in the physical places where emotion was stored because it had nowhere else to go.
This is not talk therapy.
This is not gentle bodywork.
This is deep, embodied emotional healing.
Why this works
Based on the foundational somatic work of Pat Jackman and the quantum principles described by Dr. Joe Dispenza:
Emotions become chemical signatures in the body.
If those emotions are never released, the body continues to reproduce the same internal state — even decades later.
The body doesn't know the difference between a memory and the present moment.
When you remember a painful event with the same emotional intensity, your body produces the same chemistry as if it were happening now.
Emotional Release Therapy interrupts that loop.
By allowing the stored emotion to complete physically, your nervous system can finally learn that the past is over.

What the work looks like
You remain clothed and in control at all times.
I guide the process with somatic knowledge, breathwork, and deep compassion.
Somatic Pressure
I work with the specific physical areas where emotional memory lives — points of tenderness, tightness, or contraction that carry the imprint of the past.
Guided Breathwork
Breath softens the internal defenses. It creates space for what has been compressed to finally expand and release — gently, at the body's own pace.
Voice & Sound
Expression through sound — crying, speaking, exhaling with intention — activates the body's natural emotional release pathways. Your voice carries what words alone cannot.
Inner Child Dialogue
You step into the role of the adult your younger self always needed — the one who protects, listens, validates, and offers safety. The inner child finally gets to speak.
Quantum Re-patterning
You revisit the emotional signature of the past from present-day safety. Instead of fear → safety. Instead of shame → truth. Instead of aloneness → support. This is where the internal rewiring happens.
This work is for everyone.
We've all held more than we needed to.
✦Feel stuck in patterns you can see, but can't change.
✦Carry childhood pain or unmet needs in your body.
✦Experience anxiety, emotional reactivity, or shutdown.
✦Have done talk therapy and want something deeper.
✦Feel disconnected from yourself or from joy.
✦Are ready for emotional freedom — not just emotional management.
✦Want to reconnect with your inner child.
✦Seek a somatic approach grounded in both science and soul.
What would your life feel like
if you weren't carrying that anymore?
The answer isn't in your head.
It's in your body, waiting for the right conditions to emerge.
