The breath is the one thread that runs through your nervous system, your emotions, your cells, and your capacity to feel alive.
Healing Air is a guided, ceremonial breath experience that works with that thread — to unwrap what has been held, and restore what was forgotten.

Three core truths
The breath is the voice of the soul.
When we suppress emotions, we unconsciously hold our breath. Learning to breathe fully allows us to release grief, fear, anger, and pain that were locked in the body for survival.
The nervous system needs safety to heal.
When breath is used intentionally and rhythmically, it signals the body that it's safe to feel again — and creates space for healing that talk therapy often can't access.
The body must feel to release.
Through guided breath, movement, sound, and presence, we let the body do what the mind can't: complete the emotional response.
What happens in a session
Each session is 90–120 minutes. No prior experience is needed.
Your body leads the way. I hold the space.
Breath Activation
A rhythmic breath pattern that bypasses the thinking mind and opens the body. This is where everything begins — the defenses soften and what has been held starts to move.
Emotional Expression
You may cry, move, shake, release — or simply breathe more deeply than you ever have. Every response is welcome. Nothing is forced. Everything that emerges belongs here.
Sacred Oils & Somatic Support
High-vibrational oils sourced from around the world. Intuitive use of physical touch (with full consent). Energy moved through presence, intention, and care.
Breath Holds & Expansion
Brief, intentional breath holds create moments of profound stillness. Many clients experience visions, clarity, or a quality of consciousness they've never accessed before.
Inner Child Connection
From the softest place of the session, you meet the younger part of yourself — the one who first learned to hold it all. You breathe her back home.
Sound & Integration
Voice, toning, and music help the nervous system return to regulation. What moved during the session is integrated. The body lands. You arrive in yourself.
